Responsibilities

Ownership: Take ownership of projects, driving them to successful completion with minimal supervision.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing your unique insights and skills.
Innovation: Innovate and implement new strategies to enhance processes and improve operational efficiency.
Idea Generation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions for ongoing challenges.
Proactivity: Act as a proactive team member, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Development: Engage in continuous learning and development, adapting to new challenges and opportunities within the company.

Your profile

Experience: You have completed a successful apprenticeship and/or have several years of professional experience. A degree in your field is preferred, but not a must.
Human Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Language: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German or other European languages (Italian, French, Spanish) is a plus.
Expertise: Ideally, you bring experience from a start-up environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Knowledge-Seeking: Your curiosity drives continuous learning, and you’re eager to implement innovative ideas.
