    You break down complex technologies into simple, actionable insights that win over decision-makers.

  • Innovation experience
    You’ve successfully managed high-stakes innovation projects—ideally in fast-paced, deep-tech or corporate-startup environments.

  • Strategic problem solver
    You’re autonomous, structured, and confident juggling multiple projects at once.

  • Technologically savvy
    You’re quick to understand new technologies and how they can deliver real business impact.

  • Strong network
    You’re well-connected in the startup and corporate innovation world—and know how to activate those connections.

  • Venture Clienting know-how (big plus)
    You’ve worked on corporate-startup collaborations before or are familiar with how Venture Clienting works.

What you`ll do
  • Lead startup PoC projects end-to-end—scouting, scoping, managing, and scaling solutions that drive real business value.

  • Act as connector and advisor between corporates and startups. You’ll ensure communication is clear, expectations are aligned, and outcomes are delivered.

  • Translate technical solutions into tangible outcomes—making sure stakeholders see the “so what” behind the tech.

  • Identify the best-fit startup solutions based on real corporate needs—not trends or buzzwords.

  • Drive execution and track performance, with focus on long-term value, not short-term optics.

  • When a solution works, help scale it—turning successful PoCs into long-term impact across business units.
