Note: Professional fluency in German is required for this role.

What you`ll do
  • Office management: Keep our Berlin HQ running (client reception, office supplies, snacks, cleaning coordination, overnight guests) and support our other offices in Munich, Sofia & beyond.
  • Workplace experience: Ensure a professional, welcoming, and inspiring environment for colleagues and guests.
  • Recruiting & HR: Manage hiring processes, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and employee data.
  • Processes & tools: Build simple HR and office structures that scale with us.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal requirements 
  • Backoffice support: Take on essential admin tasks that keep the team moving and step in where needed.
