TL;DR

Join GlassDollar as our Sales Development Representative and own the top of the funnel. You’ll co-develop and execute the best strategy to turn cold outreach into qualified conversations — identifying the right accounts, running multi-channel campaigns, attend or organize events, and booking meetings that actually move the pipeline.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth and leadership to keep the pipeline full and the quality of opportunities high. Every outreach is intentional, every handover is actually worth the sales team's time.
You'll test messaging, refine targeting, and improve conversion — and when something works, you scale it.

Commercial instinct
You quickly understand prospect needs and can judge whether an opportunity is worth pursuing.

You keep CRM data clean, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline with discipline.
Test-and-improve mentality
You try new outreach approaches, track what works, and iterate.

What you`ll do

  • Identify key contacts and target accounts through various channels and apply modern prospecting techniques
  • Build and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Conduct cold outreach and personalized follow-up sequences
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads for GlassDollar’s platform and related services
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team and join discovery calls
  • Identify the needs, pain points, and interest level of prospective customers
  • Ensure leads are well-qualified before handing them over to sales
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships to improve conversion into the forecasted pipeline
  • Keep the CRM accurate and up to date at all times
  • Work closely with sales and leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification standards
  • Represent GlassDollar at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Organize and attend events to generate and progress pipeline opportunities

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and grow sales capabilities quickly.
  • Professional English. German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable running multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) and managing sequences
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and keeping data clean
  • Strong written communication — you personalize at scale without sounding templated
  • Structured, self-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline without micromanagement
